Youth Possibility Programme
Youth Possibility Programme (YPP) is the first social mobility initiative of its kind for young adults aged 19-23 in the UK. The two-week paid work placement at CDR London occurs during the Easter period each year.
YPP targets ambitious young adults aged 19-23 who identify with at least one social mobility criteria: (i) first generation in family to go to university, (ii) attended a non-selective state school, or (iii) eligible for free school meals.
How to get involved
The two-week placement includes bespoke training and support from the Taylor Bennett Foundation for the YPP candidates that have a Black, Asian, or Minority Ethnic background. There is no requirement for YPP candidates to have gone to university, but for those that have chosen to do so, the YPP is applicable for current second year (or penultimate year) university students.
For more information, either as a future YPP participant or a business that is keen to get involved, please contact.
I came in with absolutely zero knowledge, but when I left, I had a very good foundation to spring board off into the world of comms.
Kamsagni Satheesh, YPP Class of 2022
